Appraisals

“Sixteen Wires are our first choice when we need a string quartet. They are easy to work with, professional and above all good fun. Best of all, they are equally at home playing soothing classics to a high profile business audience or uplifting takes on modern pop to a younger, hipper crowd. It’s been our pleasure to work with Sixteen Wires.”
Andrew Williams, Seventeen Events

“Sixteen Wires played at my wedding ceremony in April 2008. In planning the music they were enthusiastic and accommodating of my ideas, which included both traditional and modern music. I wanted to surprise my husband with the theme tune from ‘Back to the Future’, a favourite film of ours as children. They were very happy to take the CD and arrange it and seemed to relish the challenge!

On the day they were fabulously professional and played beautifully. Many of the guests commented on how good they were. I am so glad that they were recommended to me and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them myself.”
Annabel Quinn, London

“Just to let you know how pleased we were with the music that the Quartet played, you created a lovely atmosphere for the ceremony and later during the receptions. Many of the guests commented on your beautiful sound.”
